On September 14, St. Charles hosted the MOSAICS
Arts Festival. It is a diverse art event, with hundreds of artists from across the country showcasing their original works of art in jewelry, metal, painting, photography, sculpture, pottery and more. So that the vast audience, art lovers to appreciate the exquisite and colorful self-created art and the characteristics of the national culture and art.
